WAFCO is proud to be part of the prestigious Al-Arous Phase 1 Public Amenity Buildings Project in Jeddah. Our scope of work covers the full Design Review, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Testing, Commissioning, and Complete Handover—including securing approvals from all relevant authorities—for one local mosque, targeting MOSTADAM Gold Certification.
In addition to the construction of the mosque, WAFCO is providing comprehensive Project Management Services for the entire scope of seven public amenity buildings, which include four local mosques and three Neighborhood Community Centers (NCCs). Our dedicated team is managing all on-site activities across the project’s full life cycle, with a total project duration of 12 months.
